Accolade - Welcome Mailer and Promotional Sweepstakes Opportunity

For Anthem Blue Cross plan members only.

As part of their plan promotion, the Accolade Member Assistance Service recently issued the Welcome and Promotional Sweepstakes mailer to participants who are currently enrolled in the UC Care, UC Health Savings Plan (HSP), and CORE medical plans.  Each household will receive one informational packet which also includes a flyer to register for the sweepstakes.  Members who activate their Accolade accounts by March 31, 2023, will have a chance to win a $1,000.00 Amazon gift card.

The  Accolade Launch and Promotional Sweepstakes<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2023-01/accolade-launch-promotional-sweepstakes.pdf> mailers issued this week may take up to ten business days to arrive in homes.

Accolade will also mail the Welcome packet without the sweepstakes flyer to newly enrolled Anthem members throughout the remainder of 2023.
