In this session, attorney and FMLA/ADA expert Matt Morris will analyze emerging absence trends, such as increased leaves for mental health and long COVID, and use real-life scenarios to discuss the latest developments in the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws that affect employee absences. In addition, Matt will highlight what these changes mean for your programs and what steps you should consider.
