WEX - Email about FSA Account Statements sent 9/22/2021
WEX sent out emails to FSA participants on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 to inform them that their monthly account statements are available online. Employees may have received two messages, one for each plan year, if they participated in both the 2020 and 2021 plan years, or if they participated in 2020 and have a carryover into the 2021 plan year. The plan year to which each message refers is in the subject line of the email.

These messages caused concern to some employees due to the appearance of duplication. This is to confirm that the messages are legitimate.
