Anthem – St. Francis Medical Center no longer In-Network as of August 31, 2021

UCOP was notified that Anthem Blue Cross and St. Francis Medical Center (located in Los Angeles County) mutually agreed to end their contractual relationship on August 31, 2021.

The St. Francis Medical Center’s Contracting Hospital Agreement terminated effective August 31, 2021, and the hospital is no longer in the Anthem Network.
