2022 Open Enrollment UCPath Communication for New Hires and Employees Enrolled in Benefits Billing
The following documents are being provided to address those new employees and employees enrolled in benefit billing during the Open Enrollment (OE) season.

New Hire Communication
Employee mailing lists for Open Enrollment packets were based on data in UCPath as of September 30, 2021. New hires appointed after this date and before the new plan year begins will be mailed a separate Open Enrollment packet with the following inserts:

        *        New Hire Insert A<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm656/files/2021-10/2022-open-enrollment-new-hire-insert-a.pdf> will be sent before and during the Open Enrollment period

        *        New Hire Insert B<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm656/files/2021-10/2022-open-enrollment-new-hire-insert-b.pdf> will be sent after the Open Enrollment period until December 31, 2021

Benefit Billing Communication
During the Open Enrollment period, employees enrolled in benefit billing will receive the following documents via U.S. mail:

        *        2022 Leave Without Pay (LWOP) OE Letter<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm656/files/2021-10/2022-open-enrollment-leave-without-pay-letter.pdf>

        *        2022 Unpaid Leave of Absence OE Form<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm656/files/2021-10/2022-open-enrollment-unpaid-leave-of-absence-form.pdf>
