Open Enrollment Virtual Benefits Fair Event
To provide you with information about the benefit plan options available to you; the Human Resources Benefits Office is sponsoring a Virtual Benefits Fair, Open Enrollment Virtual Medical Plan Workshops and Help Desks which you are encouraged to view and participate.

UC Riverside Virtual Benefits Fair
November 3, 2021 | 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The UCR Open Enrollment Virtual Benefits Fair will be available on the Whova Virtual platform on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 and may be accessed using this link: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/uhrbf_202111/.

Registration begins on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Please visit the Whova Registration page at this link https://whova.com/portal/registration/uhrbf_202111/<https://whova.com/portal/registration/uhrbf_202111/%20> to collect your free access ticket for the event.

To enter the Virtual Benefits Fair Raffle, click on the Deals and Offers button at each vendor booth to collect your Passport. Attendees will earn Passport stamps each time they visit and like a vendor booth, post a comment, and sign up for deals and offerings.

The Virtual Benefits Fair will feature informational presentations, resources, and links to provider services and plan updates. The Whova site will remain accessible 24/7 from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021.

Once on the Whova platform, you may navigate to the various provider booths to participate in live presentations, access recorded presentations, learn about plan changes, medical plan premiums, Open Enrollment communication pieces, and a link to the UC Riverside Open Enrollment Benefits Presentation.
