Re:          Benefits Billing De-Enrollment and Processing Calendars are available in UCPath Portal
These calendars were created to assist leave administrators when counseling employees placed on an unpaid status (Unpaid LOA, Short Work Break, Temporary Layoff) who are eligible for benefits billing.

The calendar outlines UCPath's billing cycle as follows:

   *         Benefits Billing De-Enrollment Calendar provides monthly dates for:

o   Grace periods

o   Generation of warning letters

o   De-enrollment process

   *         Benefits Billing Processing Calendar provides monthly dates for:

o   Billing period

o   Billing cycle - reconciliation of accounts

o   Mailing of billing invoices
