Re:          Incomplete Address on the Discovery Benefits FSA Open Enrollment File
Recently, UCPath discovered that several incomplete participant home addresses were submitted to the FSA plan administered by Discovery Benefits. On January 6, UCPath issued a corrected data file to Discovery Benefits. The address update triggers a "Red Flag Notification" which is sent to impacted participants via email. Impacted participants will receive an email from UCPath notifying them of the error, and that they will be receiving the Red Flag Notification.

If a participant has already received their FSA debit cards, no action is needed. If they did not receive their FSA cards, on or after January 7, participants should follow the instructions in the email from UCPath to request replacement cards, either online or by calling the Discovery Benefits Customer Service Line at (844) 561-1338. Please allow up to 14 business days for the newly issued debit cards to arrive.
