and familiarizing themselves with the resources and services available on campus.

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Have a GPA of <b>3.0 or higher</b><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Have a <u>permanent disability</u><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Be enrolled at UCR as a student next school year (2022-2023)<o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Training </b>will consist of two day workshops during <b>
<u>Week 0</u></b> of the Fall 2022 quarter (dates and setting are TBD). Mentors will also meet one to two times a month to check-in with a lead peer mentor and/or the program’s advisor. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Commitment:</b> You would serve as a mentor to your assigned mentee(s) for at least one academic school year.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Benefits</b>: As a volunteer mentor, you will have the opportunity to improve your own self and social awareness skills as well as your networking skills. You may also use this experience as a co-curricular activity.
