[Ucr-sdrc] TIME SENSITIVE: SDRC Winter 2023 Final Exam Accommodations Information

Dear SDRC Student,

If you scheduled your Winter 2023 final exams to be proctored through the SDRC Testing Center (with approved accommodations), please be sure to check your emails and log into R'Ability<https://rability.ucr.edu/clockwork/custom/misc/index> to confirm your scheduled final exam times. It is important you note your ACTUAL start time for your final exam(s). Your requested time may have been adjusted due to information provided by the faculty member, calculations of your exam duration times, information errors in the original submission, among other reasons.

We would like to share a few updates and important information regarding the Winter 2023 Final Exams:

  *   Pencil cases are not allowed in the testing space unless the professor notes this as authorized material.
  *   The current time will be displayed in the testing space at all times, this may be projected in large format or individual clocks.
  *   We highly recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to get situated and start your exam on-time.
  *   If you have a Saturday or 8:00am exam scheduled in the Testing Center, the building may be locked when you arrive. A testing center staff will frequently check the door or you may call our office 951-827-3028 and someone will come open the door for you.
  *   To accommodate 450+ test bookings, we will have 2 additional testing spaces. If you are assigned to one of these testing spaces, you will receive an email the day prior to your exam date.
