You're invited to a A Sensory Pop-Up Experience

Experience mind-body balance through sensory exploration. Enjoy the sensory-friendly space with relaxing lighting and sound. There will also be chair massages, spa water, snacks, and other calming activities. This month, you'll have an opportunity to make a sensory jar or sensory ball. Why come? You'll gain a better sense of awareness of how you can get sensory input from various activities or learn strategies to help with regulating emotions.  Let's learn together and embrace neurodiversity.
