[Ucr-sdrc] Message to students about late exam appointment scheduling

Dear Students,

Since we can’t guarantee that students receive their accommodations when late request are made we kindly ask that you schedule your exams taking place during the quarter 10 days in advance and final exams 14 days in advance via https://rability.ucr.edu/clockwork/custom/misc/index .

If your instructors have not announced your exam dates or usually announces them late (pass the 10 day cutoff), please email us at sdrc-exams at ucr.edu<mailto:sdrc-exams at ucr.edu> with your instructors email and the course name and we will reach out to your instructor.

We are working through the request in the order they are received.

If we have the space and resources to proctor your exam despite the late notice, you will receive an email indicating that your exam has been scheduled.  Otherwise please be prepared to take your exams in the classroom.
