[Ucr-sdrc] Study Opportunity for Students

Dear SDRC Student:

Are you a student or know a student who is feeling stressed or anxious? Possibly spends time overthinking or worrying?

Healthy Campus is looking for students to participate in a research study to determine the effects of mental and physical interventions on undergraduate student’s self-concepts relating to well-being. With focus on mindfulness meditation and group fitness, this study will look at the differences in pre-, mid-, and post intervention assessments in relation to self-esteem and self-regulation.

COURSE OF STUDY
6 Weeks of Activity

PARTICIPANT COMPENSATION
$20 and the chance to enter into a raffle for the opportunity to win a $50 gift card.
