[Ucr-sdrc] Neuro Mixer Update

Attention Neurodiversity Social Mixer friends there has been a change in our meeting.
Today's schedule Neuro mixer will occur next Thursday.
We will have Neurodiversity Mixers for 3 consecutive Thursdays leading into finals.

Zoom- the link will be emailed once this registration is received.

Neurodiversity Social Mixers (NSM) will provide an inclusive safe space for UCR students who identify under any of the following categories: Neurodivergent, Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Asperger, and who may be experiencing communication or connection barriers at UCR. By participating in NSW students will have an opportunity to grow, explore alternative goals and connect with peers they would not otherwise obtain in other Neurotypical peer groups.


Friendship PEERS February

*         Thursday 2/4/2021 from 4-5:00 pm: Celebrate our diverse palships & friendships: learn skills on trading information.

*         *Thursday 2/25/2021 from 4-5:00 pm: Let's play a virtual game and learn the skills on starting & maintaining conversations.

March Madness Wrapping up the Winter Quarter

*         Thursday 3/4/2021 from 4-5:00 pm: Distress and study strategies

*         Thursday 3/11/2021 from 4-5:00 pm: Virtual space to study and implement tools learned.
