[Ucr-sdrc] Gubernatorial Recall Election on 9/14/2021

Dear SDRC Student,

On Tuesday, September 14th, the state of California will be holding a Gubernatorial Recall Election to decide whether Governor Gavin Newsom should be removed from office or if he should continue to serve as Governor until the next election in 2022. As we do with every election, we want our UCR students to make their voices heard and take part in this critical civic responsibility.

You are encouraged to register to vote if you are eligible and are not yet registered. If you need to make changes/edit your registration, you can also re-register to make said changes. Using this specific link will help us track how many UCR students register to vote.

The last day to register to vote online is Monday, August 30th. After that, any interested person who wants to register will have to go to their local County Registrar of Voters office to register in person.
