Claremont Mckenna is a private Liberal Arts college that was founded in 1946. It’s ranked #6 among Liberal Arts Colleges in the United States according to the 2021 edition “Best Colleges” guide and is one of the seven colleges that encompass the Claremont Consortium. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 1,318, its setting is suburban, and the campus size is 69 acres. Its tuition and fees totals $56,475, but on average students pay $24,889 after financial aid.
Claremont Mckenna is located in the city of Claremont, thirty miles east of Los Angeles. The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Stags and Athenas have achieved seven NAIA and NCAA Division III titles, and the majority of them compete in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The school has over 50 student organizations, ranging from topics such as K-pop, cooking, psychology and more! There are fourteen residence halls, in which twenty percent of each hall is reserved for new students. However, the residence halls are composed of students from all years and students can choose to continue to live in halls after their first year.
Claremont Mckenna consists of eleven undergraduate departments and offers a graduate degree in Finance. The campus is known for its emphasis on government, economics and international relations but all courses are highly acclaimed. Notable Claremont McKenna alumni include comedian Robin Williams and former United States Representative David Dreier.

A clinical psychologist’s job includes meeting patients to help identify mental, behavioral or emotional issues. After meeting with patients, clinical psychologists can then assess patients for mental disorders that may exist based on interviews and tests. After assessing patients, clinical psychologists will then treat a patient based on their mental and emotional state.
The job of a clinical psychologist incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. These tasks include identifying psychological, emotional or behavioral issues, diagnosing disorders, developing treatment plans through therapy, and meeting with clients regularly to keep track of their progress. Tips to Stay Motivated!
________________________________

Staying motivated can be hard, especially when school is online and the end of the semester is near! Here are some tips to keep you on track:

  * Make a plan- set a specific time for school and free time so you stay on top of your work.
  * Break up work- smaller tasks to make it more manageable.
  * Make things fun- study in a new place around your house or go outside!
  * Reward yourself- treat yourself to your favorite treat or a good meal after a test or a long study day so you have something to look forward to.
  * Visualize yourself succeeding- picture yourself finishing that hard assignment and how accomplished you’ll feel after you’re done!
