[Tlc] TLC-internet restrictions

Hi,

It was called to my attention that some members might not be receiving TLC e-mails. If their server uses the spam firewall "Barracuda" then they might get messages blocked. 

Now, many of you might wish that you wouldn't receive my e-mails! If so, use Barracuda, it is awesome at blocking me!
