Congratulations to Kim Jong Il from Laos

Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a floral basket from Lao President Choummaly Saynasone who is general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party on the occasion of his birthday.

The floral basket was conveyed to an official concerned by Lao Ambassador to the DPRK Chaleune Warinthrasak Thursday.
