[Tlc] T-red shirts application

It should probably be explained that this is not a real Red Shirt 
document, it was created by anti-Red Shirts as a sarcastic joke and 
put-down, and has been circulating by e-mail in Thailand for several 
weeks now, just as similar forwarding political joke e-mails are 
forwarded multiple times in the West.  You can see a translation of it here:
