Sorry, but I just can't contain myself after reading this. Remember when I
ask about what were the charges on Samak and now that I know, this is
laughable. "In a landmark decision, the Constitution Court on
Tuesday disqualified Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej from the
premiership on conflict of interest charges related to his role in
hosting two television cooking programs while in office." People do worst crime than this.

This decision is making a mockery out of the Thai judiciary system and a sign of desperation by the elites.
