The Office of human rights Studies at Mahidol University & Asia Europe Foundation are pleased announce a lecture on the topic "Perspectives on Freedom of Expression in Asia and Europe," on 6 November 2008 from 13:30 – 16:00 in the Faulty of Liberal Arts Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, at Thammasat University.  


The lecture will be given by Professor Kevin Boyle from the Human Rights Center at the University of Essex, and Professor Cherian George from the School of Communication & Information at Nanyang Technological University, who were Main Rapporteurs at the 9th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights.
