Sulak Sivaraksa was held at the Bang Rak police station in Bangkok, and is now travelling with the police to Khon Kaen, and is expected to arrive at about 3 a.m. In Khon Kaen, he expects to get bail and be freed. The arrest warrant is over a speech he made at a Human Rights Festival at Khon Kaen University in December of last year.
