[Tlc] T-anti-government riot - on bias

Can any individual or organization, even scientific and/or academic ones, legitimately claim to be totally free of any bias?  Perhaps one way to counter the problems of bias is to be exposed to different accounts with contrasting biases and the readers can weigh them and make up their own minds.
