I would like to announce the publication of a new book, Expatriates in Asia: 
Breaking Free from the Colonial Paradigm, written by TLC member Scott 
Hipsher and published by Chandos (Oxford) Publishing. The book explores 
the effect of Western culture on expatriate expectations when working in 
Asia. The book is intended for a general audience but could also be used as a 
supplement for international business or other courses with a focus on the
