The confirmed fix is to reboot your computer as soon as possible. This will restart the security tool and restore your access. If you have not rebooted your workstation since Monday of this week, please do so now. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused. Dear ArcGIS Member, Please be advised that the classic Esri Story Maps will be retired in February 2026. If you are currently maintaining or relying on content in the classic Esri Story Maps, please make sure to save and migrate all information and data to ArcGIS StoryMaps or another web app before January 23, 2026, as the service will be permanently discontinued. For more information, please read the attached Esri Story Maps one-pager. You may also watch the recorded ArcGIS StoryMaps webinar recently hosted by Esri, which is now available on the Esri website .
