Dear Colleagues,

Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is excited to announce the new “ITS
Support” shortcut coming to all Windows devices issued by Managed Device
Solutions (MDS). Starting on February 20, 2024, campus users seeking to
receive tech support for their ITS-issued device can quickly get help using
a shortcut from their desktop.

You can access the shortcut on your Windows desktop through a blue round
icon with a white question mark called “ITS Support” (see image below).
Clicking this icon will take you to the ITS ServiceNow portal
<https://ucrsupport.service-now.com/ucr_portal>, where you can directly
access the following resources:

   ITS Knowledge Base
