[Campus Notice] Zoom Phone Deployment is Postponed

Dear Campus Phone User,

UCR ITS has been actively working with Zoom Phone and AT&T to port over
existing campus numbers in support of implementing Zoom Phone Services.
Unfortunately, unforeseen delays from AT&T have impacted the planned
upgrade to Zoom Phone Services. As a result, the service upgrade scheduled
for June 15, 2023, and the coinciding training session scheduled for June
13, 2023, have been postponed.

This postponement will not impact existing campus phone services, as you
will continue to use your existing phone equipment for now. We will
communicate the new Zoom Phone Services cutover date once we receive
confirmation from AT&T.

Next steps:

   You will be notified of the new Zoom Phone Services cutover date as soon
   as this information is available.

   The Zoom Phone training you were scheduled to attend on June 13, 2023
   will be canceled. You will be notified of the date and time of the new Zoom
   Phone training session as soon as this information is available.

   Please stay tuned for updates concerning both, as we hope to provide
   this information shortly.
