Dear Campus User,
This is a friendly reminder to migrate any needed personal or departmental
files out of the iShare file storage system and into a supported storage
platform by March 20, 2021. Step-by-step instructions on how to migrate your
files from iShare to a supported platform can be found in the UCR
ServiceLink Knowledge Base (KB). Please reference the original email below
for complete information.

Dear Campus User,
You are receiving this email because our records indicate that you are a
user of the iShare file storage system. If you are unfamiliar with iShare or
believe you no longer have files stored in this system, please disregard
this message. If you know you have files stored in iShare, this message is
to inform you that the iShare file storage system will be decommissioned
and, as a result, you need to migrate all wanted files to a supported
storage platform.
As part of our continued efforts to conserve campus resources and
rationalize IT services, Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is currently
consolidating campus-wide file storage services. The robust file storage and
sharing platforms supported by ITS are:
