[Shs-announcements] Leadership Travel and Out of the Office Status (Week of 3/17/2025)

Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to send a quick note around leadership being out of the office over the next week. While traveling both Dr. Han and I will be available via our cell phones. Hernan, Walter, and Erica will be in the clinic during most of this time.

Dr. Han will be at the UC SHS and CAPS directors meeting in Santa Cruz, CA from Wednesday 3/19/2025 through Saturday 3/22/2025. He will return to the clinic on Monday 3/24/2025.

Angela Peak and Lisa Van Gent will be at the AAAHC Conference in Orlando Florida from Wednesday 3/19/2025 through Saturday 3/22/2025. Angela will be back in the clinic on Tuesday 3/25/25. Angela will be responding to high priority immunization and medical records request via the patient portal or email, during her time on travel status.

I will be on university travel to attend the UC Regents meeting at UCLA and the AAAHC Conference in Orlando Florida from Tuesday 3/18/2025 through Saturday 3/22/2025. I will be taking vacation from 3/23/2025 - 3/26/2025 and will be back in the clinic on Thursday 3/27/25. I will be responding to high priority emails and will be available via zoom or teams. In case of an ER, I will also be available via my cell phone at 951-313-2227.

Erica will begin vacation Wednesday 3/26/2025 returning Monday 4/7/2025. In her absence the front desk will report directly to me.
