[Shs-announcements] Parking and Lot 21

There will be some resurfacing work completed on Lot 21 over the weekend.
If you are planning on working over the weekend, please be aware you may have difficulty accessing Lot 21.

If you have a Lot 21 parking permit, I would recommend arriving a few minutes early on Monday in case there are any delays and you are re-routed.
