We have received several inquiries regarding emails like the one shown below sent to faculty and staff requesting to meet
for the Annual Pension Review. This is NOT a legitimate email, and the sender does not represent the University of California. Non-affiliation is reflected in the phrase shown at the end of the message.

The only contracted financial advisor for the UC Retirement Plan is Fidelity Investments.  Please do not discuss
or divulge your personal or financial information with this organization:

If you receive an email regarding a pension review, look at the end of the email for the phrase below that notes they are
not affiliated with UC nor Fidelity Investments and unsubscribe from their listserv.

All licensed representatives are not employees of the school, state or the UCRP pension programs.
