HealthEquity contacted UCOP regarding a data breach that may have resulted in unauthorized access to or disclosure of some individuals' data.  A notification<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2024-07/individual-member-notification-exemplar-pdf-7.17.2024.pdf> to plan participants is scheduled to be issued beginning August 9, 2024.
