[Shs-announcements] Updated SHS Announcement Email Guidelines

Welcome to the Student Health Services mailing list. This platform will be monitored and used as a tool to communicate important events, compliance information, or notices, and provide essential updates within Student Health Services.

In order to ensure a uniform communication messaging system, information shared to this email will be sent to all members of the SHS team, including executive administration. Messages will be monitored and approved.
When submitting information, please utilize the following guidelines:

Messages are limited to pertinent, professional announcements
  *
Messages can contain communications from areas outside of SHS that do not promote a service outside of UCR.
  *
Messages cannot be edited- only approved or denied. Messages that do not meet guidelines, with typos, or incorrect information will be sent back to the author for corrections before approved and sent
