[Shs-announcements] Sensitive Exams and Signage

Good Afternoon Team!

I would like to thank the student volunteers that aided in posting the frames in the exam rooms.
We have two frames in most (the rest will be completed this week) rooms. One will have information on Sensitive Exams/Chaperone on a permanent basis. We will be able to rotate the other frame for health care educational information from SHS or our Health & Well -being partners. The second frame must be approved by Clinical administration, be consistent in the rooms, and uphold our values.

The Sensitive Exam signage goes hand in hand with the recent and on-going efforts to promote education for medical chaperones during these exams. Clinical staff will be completing formalized training in the next month or two and you will notice new information on our website coming soon. Our goal is to educate and provide the safest possible therapeutic environment for our students.
