Dear HWS Staff,

The day is almost here!

We’re excited to welcome you to the HWS All Staff Retreat tomorrow, December 19, from 8:30 AM to 3 PM at the UCR Alumni Center.

As previously announced, Chancellor Wilcox will join us for special remarks. Please wear your new mint green HWS T-shirt—this is important! We’ll be taking a group photo with the Chancellor, and we want everyone to “represent” in their HWS shirts.

Feel free to layer your festive attire—sweatshirts, sweaters, etc.—but please plan to wear your HWS T-shirt for the photo.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

Breakfast will be available by 8am.
Lunch will be served by noon.

P.S. We will have a few extra shirts available tomorrow for those who did not receive one. Limited sizes are available.
