[SHCC-Announcements] HHW Leadership/Supervisor Staff Out of Office on University Travel (May 26 – May 30, 2026)

Dear Holisitic Health and Wellness Team:

Please note that the following leadership/supervior team members will be
out of the office on university travel from *Tuesday, May 26, 2026, through
Saturday, May 30, 2026*:

   - *ACHA Annual Conference* (*D**enver, CO)**:* Dr. Liz Mondragon, Nikki
   McAndrew, Erica Castillo, and Jackie Rodriguez
   - *AIUM Annual Conference (Philidelphia, PA): *Dr. Ken Han

We will continue to monitor our email and PNC, but be advised that
responses may be delayed.

To ensure continuity of operations during our absence, please see the
following regarding clinical operations and who to contact for questions
and concerns:

   - *Student Health Daily Operations:* Please check in with *Hernan
   Salazar*, Nurse Manager, or your respective supervisor.
   - *SHS Clinical Triage:* Dr. Han will check PNC daily, allowing clinical
   triage to continue running as normal.
   - *SHS Night Clinic:* Sam Hage will be covering Dr. Han's Wednesday
   evening clinical hours. This ensures there will be no changes in the SHS
   clinical hours for any area.
   - *CAPS, SWIFT, and Case Management:* Please refer all questions to the
   Director/Associate Director on site or your respective supervisor.
   - *Building, Conference Room, or Facilities Issues:* Please see *Christina
   Faria* or *Cynthia Anderson*. They can reach Nikki if they cannot
   support any emergency issues that may arise.

For any *ER or confidential issues* that may arise, please reach out to our
cell phones. Dr. Han, Dr. Mondragon, and I will be available.
