[SHCC-Announcements] Important Updates: EPIC Kick-off and Building Schedule for Thursday, June 18

Good Afternoon Team:

We look forward to our EPIC kick-off this Thursday, June 18th. Please
review the following details regarding the day's schedule and building
operations:

*Building Operations:*

   - *Building Access: *The building will be closed from 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
   - *Student Support:* Students will be stationed at the front and back
   entrances to help navigate SHS flow starting at 12:30 PM when the building
   opens.
   - *CAPS Hours: *CAPS will resume seeing students at 1:00 PM.
   - *SHS Hours: *SHS will resume seeing students at 2:00 PM and will
   maintain normal evening hours til 7:00 PM

*Food & Training:*

   - *Meals:* Breakfast will be served at 7:30 AM, and lunch will be
   available around 11:45 AM. Both will be held in the Well Lounge hallway.
   - *BLS Training: *There are two training sessions (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
   and 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM). If you are required to take this training, please
   refer to the communication from Joshua Brown regarding your assigned
   section.
   - *Mandatory Training:* Employees should use any time they are not in
   BLS or EPIC kick-off meetings to complete all mandatory training. We will
   send an email to staff directly with expired or expiring trainings by
   Wednesday.

*Note: If your department head has planned other activities for this time,
they will communicate that to you separately.*

*Kick-off Meeting Schedule:*

   - *Mental Health  (CAPS/SWIFT/CM) Kick-off:* 8:45 AM – 10:15 AM
   - *SHS EPIC Kick-off: *12:15 PM – 1:30 PM
