Dear all,
Happy start of Pride month! May the sun continue to shine on us all. And to
those entering Finals week: you got this!
I'll start with some new arrivals to the Eaton Collection. There have been
a lot this month, so I'm only giving you the highlights:
- Two *Isaac Asimov works in translation*: *Radioaktiv...!: ein
utopisch-**technischer
Abenteuerroman* (1964, German translation of *Pebble in the Sky*) and *Wasser
für den Mars Utop.-techn. **Erzählungen* (1965, German translation of* The
Martian Way and other Stories). * These 1964/1965 editions feature new cover
art by Eyke Volkmer.
- Im Mondstaub versunken. Ein techn. Zukunftsroman (1964, German
translation of *A Fall of Moondust)*, Arthur C. Clarke
- Mark Von Schlegell, *Venusia: a true story* (2005).
- A selection of science fiction comic book issues:
- *Space Adventures**,* v.3 no. 58, August 1964 Unknown Worlds, No. 31,
April-May 1964
- *Unknown Worlds*, no. 53, February 1967
- *Forbidden Worlds*, no. 137, August 1966
- *Flying Saucers*, no. 5, October 1969 [rare copy with binding
error: double

Some more exciting acquisitions are coming up; more on those next month. As
always: if you need anything for a class, either as a faculty or student,
please reach out to me and let me know, so that I can purchase it for the
Eaton Collection!
