[Sfts-students] registration table volunteers

Dear students,

I hope your summer is going well, and that you are finding the right
balance of relaxation and productivity.

I'm writing about a new scholarly society, Speculative Fiction Across
Media. I'm one of the board members organizing the first conference.

I'm looking for two volunteers who would be willing to work 4 hours at the
registration table in exchange for free conference registration and
attendance. This would include the conference meals.

The times for the registration table are

10 am to noon October 17
8 am to noon October 18
8 am to 10 am October 19

Within that, I'm open to the two volunteers dividing up the hours in
whatever way can work for the individuals involved.

Please let me know if you are willing to volunteer to work at
the registration table.
