This conference is an opportunity to network with professionals in

industries as well as catch some of the most current conversations in
science fiction and
technology studies. It will feature designers and illustrators from
productions such as Black
Adam, Wonder Woman, and Lovecraft Country, as well as scholarly panels on a
wide range of SF topics.
Those attending Wednesday events at the CSULA campus will have an
opportunity to meet and
chat with graphic designers, production designers, animators, and more
creatives working on
some of your favorite shows, learn about these creative career paths, and
attend panels on
everything from futurisms to comics.
For those attending Eagle-Con on Friday, there will be an exhibition of
artwork from shows such
as Star Trek: Picard, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Babylon 5, Lucifer, and Jurassic
Park, followed by a
lunch (free to CSULA and UCR student attendees), and more presentations of
exciting research
in the field of SF and AI.
