The cfp for 2021 ASLE (Association for the Study of Literature and
Environment) is live.

SFRA and ASLE regularly hold crossover panels, so this email invites you to
submit a proposal for an individual paper (with or without a panel concept)
or a preformed panel.

The conference convenes virtually July 26-August 6.

The theme is Emergence/y
<https://www.asle.org/stay-informed/asle-news/2021-virtual-conference-cfp/>,
and there’s a Speculative EcoMedia Stream, co-chaired by Bridgitte Barclay
and Christy Tidwell, that would be a fine fit for the SFRA panel.

Please email proposals and/or inquiries to the ASLE/SFRA liaison, Andy
Hageman (hagean03 at luther.edu) by March 20. Please use “ASLE SFRA
Proposal” as the subject.

The conference proposal deadline is April 1, so communication and
notification will be rapid.
