Dear all,

Oops! Forgive the lateness of this email; I was on vacation for two weeks in June, and probably left a few (metaphorical) brain cells by the pool.

As you might except, June was a relatively quiet month, so I don't have too much to report, but I'll start with a neat addition to the Eaton Collection:

A donation of convention badges, spanning fifty years, adding to our extensive fandom holdings.

For events:

This past Sunday, Sandy Enriquez and I tabled at the IE Zine fest at The Cheech (downtown Riverside's amazing art museum), met loads of zine (and sf) enthusiasts, and gave out all of our swag! Thanks for stopping by and chatting, if you attended!.

If you're attending San Diego Comic Con later this month, I'll be on a panel titled "Support Libraries! What Libraries Can Do For You (the Author/Creator)" on July 27th at 3pm. It'll be my first time attending, and I'm so excited!
