investigates the role of government policies in shaping individuals’ health behavior decisions and choices of education and employment. Before joining University of Miami, Dr. Hai was a Postdoctoral scholar at the Becker Friedman Institute for Research in
Economics (BFI) at the University of Chicago. She received a B.A. in economics from Fudan University, an M.A. in economics from Peking University, and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
