Hi everyone:



Based on affirmative feedback from colleagues in this email thread and
beyond, i have drafted an urgent request to the UCR administrative and
Senate leadership regarding the ongoing intensification of ICE presence in
the surrounding area. The link to the google doc is below.



Please feel free to circulate among UCR faculty members (departmental and
otherwise) and sign if you desire. Due to the urgency of matters, i ask
that we complete our signature gathering by *5 p.m. this Friday the 23rd,*
after which i will send it on everyone’s behalf to the UCR Chancellor,
Provost/EVC, and Divisional Academic Senate Chair.
