Dear SEHE friends,
Resending this with an additional offer: if you or any instructor or
student you know requires a sub for teaching or other assistance
(groceries, etc.) due to the current circumstances. please email me. A
wonderful group of faculty has offered to substitute for vulnerable
instructors.
For those teaching SEHE courses: you feel comfortable/ prefer moving your
classes entirely onlne this week (or for the duration of this phase of
activity), I fully support you in that decision. Please get in touch if you
have any questions or needs.
I'd also like to highlight this useful crowd-sourced tracker of ICE activity
<https://iceout.org/en/>, which is included on our community resources
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Kh54q2_iZfSyt98fCWhEiBd1FiJebVdhqQTCCJ1WhLA/edit?usp=sharing>
doc.
Please prioritize your safety and well being and those of your students, if
at all possible, this week. Take good care.
Dana
