Dear SEHE friends,
You are warmly invited to join SEHE students, faculty and staff at our
Winter community open house tomorrow. Recognizing that there is a lot going
on right now, we decided not to schedule presentations and speakers. We are
inviting you to come have some lunch (Taco Station), talk with SEHE faculty
and with each other, and make art (there will be a button maker...). We'll
have flyers announcing the SEHE Spring course lineup and career/internship
opportunities for studnets. And Norm the piñata will be there too.
February 10, 12:30-2pm in INTS 1111. I hope to see you there!

PS. One more plug: check out the *Graduate Student Conference this Friday
2/13 *on *Sustenance*. I'll be moderating the keynote panel with food
studies/ environmental justice scholars Paolina Lu, Catherine Sameh and
Vetri Nathan. You can see the conference program here
<https://bit.ly/Sustenance2026> and register for the keynote panel here
<https://ucr.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ebNWgey_Q-uUz7VIpFy-5w>. It's
going to be pretty amazing, I think.
