Hello SEHE friends.
Please join and share this event with your students and networks:

*Environmental Justice zine kickoff workshop *
Wednesday 4/23 1-2:30pm
INTN 3023
Do you have an Environmental Justice story or issue that you care about?
This event is the start of a collaboration between local students,
professors, artists, writers, and community members to collaborate on a
zine centered around environmental justice in the Inland Empire. The
publication will be a collection of essays, poetry, and visual art informed
by the history of EJ in the local community. Each participant will make a
page for a collective zine that speaks to personal experiences with
environmental harms or impacts. Materials and snacks will be provided and
no art experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Co-sponsored by the
Latinxs & the Environment Workshop, Department of Society, Environment and
Health Equity and the Center for Ideas and Society.
