[Sehefac] UCR AFSCME 3299 workers strike begins today

Dear colleagues,

AFSCME 3299 (representing service workers on campus begins its 2-day
systemwide ULP strike today (Nov 20-21) at UCR and across the UCs.

The union asks supporters to join them on the picket line today, Nov 20,
and tomorrow, Nov 21 if & when you can anytime between 6am and 6pm (usually
the main picket line is located at the campus entrance at University & West
Campus Drive but location can change). Even a brief visit to the picket
line to say hello or join in is always appreciated.
