<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Dear UCR Employees,</div><br>We are inviting UCR staff members at least 40 years of age to participate in a remote research study conducted by the Calla Lab at UC Riverside, led by Dr. Rachel Wu. <br><br><b>Study Title:</b> Learning Technical Skills Through Online Instruction <br><b>Time Commitment:</b> One remote session lasting approximately 60–90 minutes <br><b>Compensation:</b> $40 Amazon gift card upon completion <br><br><b>Purpose of the Study: </b><br>This research examines how adults learn new technical skills through online instruction, such as statistical software and equipment procedures. Your participation will help us better understand how to support lifelong learning in the workplace.<span class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"> </span>
