"Inland Rising" proposal AB 2046</a>, co-authored by Assemblymember Medina, which would provide nearly $1.4 billion for increasing staffing, faculty, and enrollment, tackling climate change, and training healthcare workers at UC Riverside and UC Merced. </div>
